Things are moving quickly at The 411!

Demolition got underway in February and continues through March.

PET group abatement planning is in process, which is not uncommon for buildings over 60 years old. Over the next four weeks, demolition will continue and we’ll start planning for architectural wall layout and underground tasks.

Please remember, The 411 is an active construction site. For everyone’s safety, only project team members are allowed on site. All of the card readers have been disabled at The 411.

If you are planning to visit The Annex

Please coordinate directly with someone in the Annex or request to check out a key from Rita at The 540.
Access the annex building via the connecting link doors located on the South side of the building where there is designated annex building parking.
Drive slowly in the parking lot and give bobcats the right of way. Please DO NOT attempt to squeeze past the bobcats in the roadway and be aware there are many blind spots around the dumpsters.

The 540 is Up and Running!

Thanks to everyone for helping prepare to leave The 411 and transition to our temporary space at The Barrington at 540 W. Northwest Highway. Our space at The 540 is up and running, ready for you to move in.

Important 540 Info:

Building key cards have been distributed. If you have not gotten your badge, see Deneen today (2/3/26) or Rita will have badges at The 540 starting Wednesday, 2/4/26. Meet Rita in the lobby at The 540 to get your badge. You’ll have to then move your car to the appropriate parking lot.
- Pepper does NOT control building access. Employees will be responsible for the cost to replace lost cards, so please be responsible.
- You must have a key card to enter Please display them at all times while at 540.
- If you have an issue with your badge, reach out to Rita
If you need file cabinets or storage, please reach out to Donna Brancher.
As you unpack, please break down your boxes and put them along the front wall near Rita’s desk. They will be picked up daily.

Reminders

There is no recycling at The 540. You may have a blue bin at your workstation – it is for trash.
The cafeteria is operated on behalf of another tenant. We can use the tables but we can’t purchase the food. There are vending machines available.
Do not remove any furniture from The 411.

Moving Schedule:

Continue to work at The 411 as usual until your scheduled move-out date. Keep anything you need immediately to work – your laptop, headset, camera, etc. – with you and plan to take with you when you move to The 540.

Final Pepper Purge Day Tomorrow! Locked shred boxes and gondolas are placed throughout the building. Take a break and enjoy pizza in Conference Room One at 11:30.

Important 540 Info:
